Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Jeff’s primary responsibilities include directing our fiscal operations; developing and overseeing the budget; and leading several departments, including Accounting, Patient Account Services, Health Information Management, Information Technology & Services, and Supply Chain Services.
Jeff has been with Beechwood Memorial since mid-2010, but has served in various capacities with HCA for 18 years, including nearly 10 years at CFO-level positions. He most recently worked at HCA Ocala Health System, which operates Ocala Regional Medical Center and West Marion Community Hospital, both located in Ocala, Florida. There, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the 200-bed and 70-bed hospital respectively. Jeff also held a position as Adjunct Professor of Financial Accounting at Central Florida Community College.
Jeff previously worked at Beechwood Memorial as an Accounting Manager, but left in December 1998 for an HCA promotion. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida and maintains an active Certified Public Accountant license. Jeff is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Florida Institute of CPA’s.
