Eastern Idaho regional medical center is trying a new treatment in an effort to reverse one type of blindness.
Harley Engelman is a 58-year-old marketing professional from North Dakota. He was diagnosed with Stargardts disease when he was 26. Over the years the condition has slowly taken his vision. On March 4th, he underwent a stem cell treatment in his eyes.
